You can still have pizza if you're going on a "diet"!

www.beachbodycoach.com In this video I show you how you can still eat your favorite foods while losing weight. It's all about pizza today! All it takes is a little creativity and swapping out the high-calorie foods with lower-calorie, lower-fat foods. Alot of people make that New Years Resolution to lose weight and get fit, and I want to help you achieve that goal. So, in this video I explained how I swapped out certain parts of a traditional pepperoni pizza! 1) instead of the white pizza dough, I used the whole wheat pizza dough (which can be found in the deli area or bakery area of a grocery store). Whole wheat is better for your because it gives you some of your daily fiber requirements, and fiber keeps you fuller longer-which is very important when you're changing your eating habits because it helps you feel fuller longer. 2) instead of high fat pepperoni, I used Margherita low fat pepperoni. I found this is the best tasting pepperoni of all the low fat versions of pepperoni out there. 3) instead of regular cheese, I use low-fat mozzarella. low fat cheese cuts down the calories. but you can still have your cheese! 4) veggies! Try to include fruits and/or veggies as part of any meal or snack! The also have alot of fiber, which keeps you fuller longer. They are also low in calories-especially the veggies! I put a frozen mix of onions, green peppers, red peppers, and celery on my pizza. veggies bulk up a meal which tricks your brain into thinking that you're eating more ...
